How To Pay

1) Online Payments via Gateway

Transacting online with a credit card at our website is even safer than using a credit card at a gas station as we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that we offer the highest standards of security currently available on the internet to ensure that your transaction experience is private, safe and secure. Visa, Master, American Express, and Diners Cards payments are processed through our online payment gateway systems. Your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without passing any information through us. In a short while, your bank will issue an authorization code and confirmation of completion of a transaction.
2) Payment through “Bank Transfer”

Payments can be made through direct Bank remittances to our Bankers. Details of our Bank accounts will be provided by our Sales representatives.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatever
reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-
payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges
from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is
nonrefundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge
will be levied as follows:-
· 27 days before departure of the tour, advance amount is nonrefundable, advance will be
charged.
· 27 days to 15 days before departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
· 14 days to 07 days before departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
· 07 days to 01 days before departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
· There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
· Any amendment to the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All
changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if

i) Package can be altered/changed as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible

ii) Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 11:00 hrs. Check-in time is 12:00
noon.(Early check-in is subject to availability)
iii) We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions
& to ensure smooth execution of tours.
iv) We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
weather & are not liable for it.


CHILD POLICY:-


· Children below 5 years are complementary in the parent's room without an
extra bed. (Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct
payment in hotels.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE


· For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in writing and
need to be informed at least 7 days prior of tour date.
· INR 4000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

 Refund:

  1. Valley Trip reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable to the guest in case of cancellation, transfer or amendment of the tour. Refund is calculated based on various factors such as the cancellation date, reduction in tour capacity, contractual agreement, and cancellation policies of associates like airlines, hoteliers, transporters, etc. The decision given by Valley Trip on the quantum of refund according to the Cancellation Policy shall be final and will be paid directly to the guest.
  2. As per GOI regulations, any refund from Valley Trip for both, Indian or International tours will be paid only in Indian rupees by A/C payee cheque/ NEFT/RTGS/UPI even if a guest has made the tour payment partly or fully in foreign currency.
  3. Refund is always processed in the name of the family head marked on the booking form or in case of ad-hoc/corporate group it may be in the name of the institution/company who has made the payment on behalf of the group.
  4. Veena World is not liable to pay any interest on the tour amount paid by the guest/s.
  5. Convenience Charges for payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Online Transfer, etc., is non-refundable.

Time To Get The Refund

  • If The Guest Is Indian It Takes Us 5 to 6 Days To make The Refund
  • · If The Guest Is a Foreigner It Takes Us 10 to 14 Days to Make The Refund
